Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition. Set the channel strategy, budget, targets, forecast, and testing roadmap across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and selected emerging channels. Know what is running, why it is running, and how it is performing.
  • Run campaigns hands-on. Build and optimize campaign structures, bids, audiences, exclusions, copy, creative variants, and conversion paths. Fix problems in the account yourself rather than waiting for an agency report.
  • Own email and lifecycle marketing. Build the journeys that move prospects from first signal to qualified opportunity, including nurture, behavioral triggers, campaign follow-up, re-engagement, and database activation. Own segmentation, testing, deliverability, measurement, and the systems behind them.
  • Turn performance into better creative. Partner with Creative and Product Marketing to build a fast learning loop across message, format, audience, and offer. Explain why a concept worked so the insight improves the next campaign, not only the next ad.
  • Improve the post-click journey. Partner with Web to ship landing pages, forms, and conversion experiments that match the intent behind each campaign. Own the commercial hypothesis and performance readout from click through qualified opportunity.
  • Build a high-velocity testing practice. Set clear hypotheses and decision rules before launch. Test channels, queries, audiences, creative, offers, landing pages, email journeys, and bid strategies. Scale what works, and stop what does not.
  • Connect spend to pipeline. Partner with Revenue Operations and Data to build trustworthy tracking, attribution, dashboards, and feedback loops. Measure success through qualified pipeline, customer acquisition cost, and revenue, not clicks or lead volume.
  • Build an AI-powered growth system. Design and operate the workflows, prompts, agents, and tooling that improve campaign production, lifecycle orchestration, monitoring, analysis, creative iteration, and reporting. Partner with Engineering and Web to automate work that should not stay manual.

Requirements

  • Paid acquisition depth. Experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, with direct operating experience across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Experience with Meta, YouTube, Reddit, programmatic, or emerging AI search surfaces is useful.
  • Email and lifecycle depth. Experience building segmented B2B journeys across nurture, campaign follow-up, re-engagement, and behavioral triggers. You understand deliverability, testing, automation, and how email contributes to pipeline across a considered buying journey.
  • Commercial ownership. A track record of managing meaningful budgets and improving qualified pipeline, customer acquisition cost, or revenue. You can show where you scaled spend, where you held it, and where you stopped.
  • AI fluency as craft. Hands-on with modern AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, with examples of workflows, agents, and prompts you have improved over time. You see AI as a system to operate, not a button to press.
  • A systems and tooling builder. Comfortable owning the paid and lifecycle stack end to end, including campaign taxonomy, conversion events, pixels, conversion APIs, audience sync, email automation, and source-of-truth reporting.
  • Strong analytical judgment. You can interrogate funnel data, separate signal from noise, and turn a performance readout into a clear decision. You understand attribution’s limits and know when the evidence is strong enough to act.
  • Creative taste. You can judge the message, hook, visual, offer, and landing-page experience, then give clear direction on what needs to change. You do not treat creative as an input someone else owns.
  • Hands-on in the weeds. You audit the account, build the audience, write the ad, inspect the tracking, review the landing page, pull the data, and ship the next test. You do the work, not just direct it.
  • A strong cross-functional collaborator across Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Revenue Operations, Data, Sales, and Engineering.
  • Bias to action. You would rather launch a disciplined test, learn from real behavior, and improve the system than wait for perfect information.

Preferred

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Segment, HubSpot, Salesforce, SQL, or a product analytics platform is useful, but evidence of what you have built and improved matters more than a perfect match to our stack.

Benefits

  • Equity for everyone. Competitive base salary plus options, so every builder is aligned on long-term impact.
