Drive end-to-end growth automation for a data-driven outbound engine, orchestrating campaigns, lifecycle triggers, and GTM tooling to accelerate Revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build Automated Growth Systems: Connect our growth stack to build hyper-targeted audiences and automated outreach based on intent signals
  • Execute Full-Cycle Campaigns: Hands-on launching and optimizing high-scale motions
  • Drive Lifecycle Automation: Orchestrate the funnel through the customer lifecycle, using product signals to trigger expansion motions
  • Partner with GTM Engineering: Leverage all available tooling and people to automate gifting and outreach that are currently manual
  • Own the Results: Drive measurable impact on Sales Qualified Leads, Pipeline, and ROI

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in growth focused marketing
  • Proven experience in data engineering and workflow automation, specifically as a power user of the growth stack, Clay, and AI-agentic tooling
  • Scientific experimentation mindset with an iterative approach to problem-solving and technical troubleshooting
  • Obsessive attention to detail in data strategy and audience building
  • Strong alignment with leadership principles, including availability, first-principles thinking, and a deep obsession with customer success
  • Results-oriented mindset with a high bias for action and accountability for hitting aggressive revenue goals

Preferred

  • Low-Code Architect: Comfortable with tools like Clay and Claude Code to build hyper-targeted audiences and automated outreach
  • Sales Aligned: Understands what Sales teams need and how to partner with SDRs and AEs to make them more effective
  • Think from First Principles: Break problems down to fundamental truths rather than relying on industry best practices
  • Embodies Extreme Ownership: Operate with high accountability and responsiveness to solve critical funnel leaks or launch global campaigns
