Job Summary

Own all paid channels, drive conversion through landing pages and testing, scale across markets, and establish a data-driven testing engine, collaborating with Meadow's marketing leadership.

  • Own paid channels end-to-end
  • Optimize landing pages and funnel experiments
  • Localize campaigns as Meadow expands

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own all paid channels. Google and Meta today, with the mandate to test and stand up new ones (direct mail, TV, radio) as we scale. Build, optimize, and report on campaigns end-to-end, hitting efficiency targets on a lean budget.
  • Win the conversion. Run the landing-page and conversion program, so more inquiries become consultations, the metric that matters most, through structured testing of pages, creative, audiences, and bids.
  • Scale into new markets. Localize campaigns and landing pages market by market as Meadow opens new states.
  • Build the testing engine. Establish a steady experimentation and reporting cadence, so decisions come from data, not guesses.
  • You'll work directly with Meadow's marketing leadership, owning day-to-day execution across paid search, paid social, and conversion.

Requirements

  • Hands-on paid execution. You have personally run Paid Search and Meta in-platform, not handed it to an agency. Campaign structure, bidding, and creative testing are second nature.
  • A conversion mindset. You care as much about what happens after the click as before it: landing pages, funnel conversion, and the experiments that move them.
  • Multi-market execution. You have run localized campaigns across many markets and kept every detail straight.
  • Deeply analytical. You live in the funnel and can tell where every drop-off is happening and why. You let the numbers set the strategy, not the other way around, and you go a level deeper than most people think is necessary to find the reason a step is leaking.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity, and generous health, dental, and vision coverage.

Meadow

About MeadowMeadow is transforming one of the largest, most overlooked industries in America: end-of-life care. We’ve built the largest cremation provider in Los Angeles in under a year, with 5-star reviews, a 90+ NPS, and hundreds of families served each month. Backed by top investors and the founders of Moxie—a high-growth medspa platform that has reached national scale—we’re applying modern technology, unmatched hospitality, and operational excellence to an industry unchanged for 70+ years.Like Uber with taxis or DoorDash with restaurants, we’re rewriting the playbook for a service untouched for generations. Our tech stack includes LLM-powered tools that help us code faster, streamline complex logistics, and deliver a seamless experience for every family we serve. The result? Transparent, compassionate, tech-enabled care that removes the logistical burden from one of life’s hardest moments. Why Join UsWe’re not a slow, dusty funeral home. We’re a lively, mission-driven, and well-funded team with proven track records from Stripe, Google, Opendoor, Oscar, a16z, and more. At Meadow, you’ll move fast, own outcomes, and see the impact of your work on real families every week. We believe execution is a moat—every hire gets a clear 30/60/90 plan and ownership of a domain by Day 90.We’re expanding to new markets every month, building a national business now, not “someday,” and we want people who would rather write the playbook than follow it. If you want meaningful work with massive market potential—and a team that’s as fun as it is smart, you’ll fit right in.
