Responsibilities

• Create content: Pitch, film, and edit daily TikToks and Reels. You (or creators you recruit) will be the face of FitPhone.
• Drive downloads: Focus on making videos that actually get people to download the app, not just get empty views.
• Jump on trends: Spot TikTok trends early and spin them for the fitness niche.
• Build the strategy: Take full ownership of our short-form video playbook.

Requirements

• Proven experience: you have grown TikTok/Reels accounts before and know how to make videos go viral.
• Self-starter: you don’t wait to be told what to do. You test ideas, move fast, and treat the business like your own.
• Camera ready: you are highly confident on camera and know how to edit natively (CapCut, etc.).
• iPhone user: you must use an iPhone daily (our app is iOS only for now).
