Responsibilities

• Systematically activate communities across segments with 150M+ addressable users across X, Reddit, Discord, Slack, Whatsapp, Linkedin, Telegram and Facebook Groups
• E-Commerce Seller Communities: Engage Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon seller groups on Reddit, Facebook, and Discord.
• Indie Hacker & Startup Communities: Engage with r/Entrepreneur, r/startups, r/SaaS, Indie Hackers, Hacker News, Product Hunt.
• YouTube Creator Partnerships: Recruit 50+ affiliates by month 3, 200+ by month 6.
• TikTok Creator Partnerships: Collaborate with 3-5 creators producing monthly content by month 2.
• Immigrant Entrepreneur Communities: Conduct monthly webinars with 200+ registrations.
• Business Education Communities: Engage university entrepreneurship programs, MBA competitions.
• Slack & Discord Communities: Engage with Talk Shop, Ramen Club, and Lenny's Newsletter Discord.
• Target community engagements per day across all segments.
• Post case studies, build-in-public stories, and value-add content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growing a community, product, or brand from 0 to 10K+ users.
• Active participant on Reddit, Indie Hackers, Product Hunt, Twitter/X — engages daily.
• Knowledgeable in affiliate marketing mechanics and creator economy dynamics.
• Ability to write compelling, authentic copy that resonates with audiences.
• Data-driven approach: tracks CAC, conversion rates, and channel attribution.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit — thrives in a startup environment.

Preferred

• Bonus: Experience with e-commerce or SaaS communities.
• Bonus: Multilingual (advantageous for immigrant entrepreneur communities).
