  • Creating high-performing landing pages optimized for SEO and AEO that generate qualified pipeline and drive business growth.
  • Launching campaigns, content, or experiments that gain traction within developer communities.

  • Drive customer acquisition by building, testing, and scaling go-to-market initiatives across multiple channels.

Requirements

  • Data-Driven: You enjoy using data to solve growth challenges. Given a target account list, you can develop and execute a measurable strategy to put MrScraper in front of the right audience. You’re comfortable optimizing paid channels, attribution models, CAC, and overall marketing performance.
  • Creative: You know how to create ideas that people want to share. You understand developer communities, stay up to date with internet culture, and enjoy experimenting with creative or unconventional growth tactics that capture attention.
  • Infrastructure: You love building systems that scale. Instead of repeatedly running manual experiments, you automate what works and create processes that help the team move faster. You likely have a software engineering background or strong technical experience.
  • Have a hacker mindset and naturally look for creative ways to solve problems and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Bring an unconventional background, whether you’re a marketer who learned to code, an engineer who became obsessed with growth, or someone whose experience doesn’t fit into a traditional job title.
  • Naturally generate multiple ideas when faced with a growth challenge, often before the discussion has even finished.
