Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the entire growth function
Build and lead growth across multiple products
Strategize, execute, and scale from 0 → revenue
Work directly with the founder as a core decision-maker
Define and execute growth strategies across all Entrext Labs products
Lead experiments across acquisition, retention, and monetization
Build and manage growth systems (funnels, content, distribution)
Drive revenue from day 1 — not vanity metrics
Lead and collaborate with small, high-output teams
Identify winning ideas and double down aggressively

Requirements

Strong bias toward action and experimentation
Ability to execute fast with limited resources
Experience (or obsession) with growth, startups, or product building
Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration
Founder mindset — ownership > excuses
