Job Description

Own local enrollment by building community partnerships, driving referrals, and managing a month-by-month enrollment pipeline that turns awareness into applications.

  • Responsibility: Serve alongside the Head of School as a primary face and trusted representative of Great Hearts in the community
  • Responsibility: Build and maintain strategic relationships with local businesses, preschools, childcare centers, churches, community organizations, and civic leaders
  • Responsibility: Represent the school at local events, fairs, and networking opportunities to expand visibility and engagement
  • Responsibility: Identify and activate community-based opportunities that increase awareness, trust, and enrollment
  • Responsibility: Develop partnerships that expand enrollment reach, strengthen community credibility, and generate referrals
  • Responsibility: Create and manage referral pipelines through trusted community partners and organizations
  • Responsibility: Drive student recruitment and enrollment growth from initial awareness through application and registration
  • Responsibility: Own and execute a month-by-month enrollment pipeline strategy aligned to enrollment targets
  • Responsibility: Track, analyze, and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and enrollment forecasts
  • Responsibility: Monitor enrollment data and community feedback to inform strategy and drive real-time adjustments
