Job Description
We’re Hiring: Growth Coordinator (Part-Time) Hybrid
All Range Homes is looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven person local to Austin to help us continue growing our network throughout Central Texas.
This role will focus on:
Building relationships with agents, investors, and referral partners
Growing our buyer network
Attending networking events and broker opens
Helping create new opportunities for the business
We’re looking for someone who:
Has sales or relationship-building experience
Loves talking to people and networking
Has strong communication skills
Is energetic, positive, and enjoys meeting new people
Wants to grow with a fast-moving real estate company
You’ll gain exposure to:
Off-market acquisitions
Fix and flips
Wholesale opportunities
New construction and development
Investor partnerships
Compensation:
Part-time to start (15-20 hours/week)
$20-$25/hour depending on experience
Performance bonuses and commission opportunities
Opportunity to grow into a full-time role
