Job Description
Responsibilities
- Turn Strategy into Content: Take our team's vision and create a strong digital appearance that touches on the real struggles of tired parents, giving them that "you are not alone" feeling.
- Deliverables & Output: As a baseline, we expect approximately 12-16 content pieces per month (3-4 per week), including a mix of short-form stories, reels, TikToks, static posts, and memes.
- Community-Driven Hooks: Write punchy, empathetic, and highly relatable text overlays and captions tailored specifically to the US market to drive engagement and account growth.
- Test, Iterate & Repurpose: Monitor content performance. If a video isn’t working, you don’t just move on—you change the hook, re-edit the pacing, and test a new angle. You know how to maximize output by repurposing one piece of content into multiple variations.
- Trend & Format Tracking: Stay on top of US internet culture, visual trends, and niche slang (parenting, gaming, etc.) to create content templates that grow our community.
Requirements
- You are deeply immersed in US internet culture, digital aesthetics, and everyday slang (Native-level US English is an absolute must).
- You know that fast, authentic, and highly shareable content beats "flawless, pixel-perfect art" that takes weeks to make.
- You are proactive. You can take a strategic brief from us and say, "We can elevate our digital appearance and drive growth with this format," or "This visual style will get amazing engagement in our community."
- Independent & Reliable: You are a self-starter who thrives in a remote environment. You manage your own time effectively and consistently hit your delivery deadlines without needing to be micromanaged.
