Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze user journeys across the website and identify key conversion paths and drop-off points
Build and analyze conversion funnels (visit → engagement → sign-up → evaluation → purchase)
Identify tracking gaps and data issues (GA4, events, etc.)
Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, product, and engineering teams

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in Growth, Web Analytics, or Data Analysis
Hands-on experience with GA4 (must-have) , including funnel analysis and segmentation
Strong understanding of user behavior and conversion logic
Ability to break down complex problems and communicate insights clearly
Detail-oriented and comfortable working with imperfect or incomplete data
Strong ownership and ability to drive cross-functional execution
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required
Comfortable with occasional early morning or evening meetings to support cross-regional collaboration
