Job Description

A Manifest Group Operations Manager

At Manifest, we believe in building brands that change the world - and to do that, our studios and markets need to operate as one connected team. That’s where you come in. As our Group Operations Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds together how work flows through the Manifest studios, making sure the right people are on the right projects at the right time, supported by clear processes, accurate data, and strong operational governance. This role blends resource management, operational excellence, and systems ownership - particularly in Scoro - so our teams can focus on delivering outstanding work for clients, without friction.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end resource and traffic management across all studios and inter-company projects.
  • Manage capacity, utilization, and resource gaps, highlighting pinch points and under-utilization by discipline, studio, and market.
  • Own and host weekly resourcing and operational meetings, ensuring data-driven, solutions-focused discussions.
  • Coordinate inter-studio and cross-market collaboration, tracked and reflected in Scoro.
  • Serve as Scoro super admin and product owner, managing configuration, workflows, templates, permissions, and data quality.
  • Provide training and support for Scoro users, acting as the internal helpdesk and maintaining clear guides.
  • Own key operational KPIs and reporting, including utilization, project profitability, over/under-burn, and 3rd party cost tracking.
  • Administer the wider operational tech stack, maintaining clean naming conventions, templates, and processes.
  • Liaise with vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and roll out new tools.
  • Support the COO and Regional Leadership Teams (RLT) on ad hoc operational projects: process improvements, system implementations, and capacity/hiring scenarios.
  • Continuously review and refine workflows, proposing practical changes that improve efficiency without unnecessary complexity.

Who You Are

  • Organized, clear, and consistent: You keep multiple studios, markets, and teams aligned without creating chaos.
  • The operational glue: Teams trust that things will get done properly when you’re involved.
  • Data-driven but human: You use numbers to guide decisions while understanding the realities of creative teams and client demands.
  • An objective voice: You flag risks early, challenge constructively, and make trade-offs in the best interest of the group.
  • Commercially aware: You understand the link between utilization, scope, rates, and project profitability.
  • A systems thinker: You see how tools, processes, and people fit together and refine workflows as the business evolves.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused: You bring options, recommendations, and clarity—not just problems.
  • Calm under pressure: When deadlines clash and priorities compete, you help teams navigate complexity with confidence.
  • A natural collaborator: You enjoy being the operational hub connecting studios, new business, finance, and leadership.

Salary and benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000-$100,000
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 100% employee medical insurance coverage
  • 401k
  • New business bonuses
  • Individualized career development + personal training budget
  • Monthly wellness budget through Juno
  • Early end on Fridays (4pm regularly, 1pm during summertime)
  • Hybrid, flexible work environment (+ a dog friendly office)
  • Ticket to our annual Manifestival
