Fifth Element

We’re a full-service healthcare agency built for the future. Our expertise spans audiences and markets—US and global, advertising, medical education, and everything in between. Founded at a time where our industry finds itself caught between two powerful forces. Rapid advancements in AI and the enduring value of human creativity. It’s in this middle space that the most meaningful breakthroughs will emerge, and it's why we exist. To navigate the tension, harness the friction, and turn it into something transformative. That’s where we do our best work. In the unseen. The in-between. The Fifth Element.
