Own and manage senior client relationships, strategic guidance, and agency profitability across multiple accounts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Consultation - Provide solid insights to strategic development process
  • Has or develop a deep familiarity with the client’s market, including disease state, treating clinicians and influencers and their corresponding professional societies, competitive companies and technologies, and current and future state of treatment
  • Client Relationship - Develop and maintain senior-level relationships at multiple agency-of-record accounts (director level and above)
  • Touch base with senior-level clients regularly to ferret out any opportunities or issues early
  • Communicate comfortably and productively (e.g. phone call) with any level of client at any time regardless of daily interactions
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships at agency-of-record account(s)
  • Expand contacts within client/prospect organizations that will strengthen agency relationship(s)
  • Create atmosphere where issues regarding pricing, performance, and team can be constructively discussed
  • Agency Advocate - Remove ambiguity and guides conversations to secure needed agency clarity
  • Support the agency’s point of view at the highest levels of the client organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7 years of agency experience
  • May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays
  • Pharma/healthcare agency experience (Preferred)
