Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging platforms
• Monitor pacing and performance daily and catch problems early
• Handle technical onboarding for new clients and artists
• Keep reporting clean and current
• Spot underperforming campaigns and know what to try next
• Stay current on platform changes and new ad tools
• Work with the creative team to turn campaign data into better-performing assets

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads is required.
• 3+ years running digital paid ad campaigns hands-on, not just assisting
• Real, working knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads Manager
• You can read a pile of data and tell someone what it means, not just what it says
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable moving fast
• Agency or music industry experience is a plus, not a requirement
