Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt templated materials for flyers, signage, social images, and digital ads.
• Prepare assets for digital, print, and presentation use and coordinate campaign versioning across locations.
• Learn Erlanger brand guidelines and contribute to service line campaigns, internal comms, and Foundation events.
• Support layout, image sourcing, iconography, and asset assembly in partnership with the Graphic Designer and Art Director.
• Participate in creative feedback sessions and implement revisions as directed by the Art Director.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and visual clarity in outputs, especially when working from templates or style guides.
• Help maintain the creative library of assets, templates, and archived design files.
• Receive coaching to grow technical and conceptual design skill through hands-on mentorship.
• Stay curious and proactive in building design knowledge and expanding capabilities.
• Assist in the development of visual assets for service line campaigns, internal communications, Foundation events, and community outreach programs.
