Responsibilities

• Create graphics and marketing materials for social media campaigns
• Assist with the development and scheduling of social media content
• Design materials for traditional marketing campaigns, including flyers, advertisements, handouts, and other promotional pieces
• Use AI tools to assist with image generation, content creation, brainstorming, and creative development
• Adapt designs and messaging for different clients, industries, audiences, and platforms
• Make revisions based on feedback from the Agency 716 team and our clients
• Help maintain consistency across client branding and marketing materials
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
• Research creative ideas, marketing trends, and new tools independently
• Support additional marketing projects as needed

Requirements

• Has a strong eye for design, layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Is creative, detail-oriented, and able to recognize when a design needs improvement
• Is an independent learner who takes initiative and searches for solutions
• Is comfortable receiving direct feedback and revising work
• Can manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Is comfortable using AI for image and content creation
• Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
• Can reliably work on-site for at least eight hours per week
• A portfolio containing graphic design, social media, advertising, or other creative work

Preferred

• Experience using Adobe Photoshop
• Experience creating social media graphics or marketing materials
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats
• Experience with AI image-generation or writing tools
