Role Overview

As part of a new expansion into the El Paso market, Tierwest is hiring Graduate Management Trainees to support the growth and development of its B2B sales and operations teams.

This role combines active contribution to B2B sales campaigns with a structured management training pathway, ensuring trainees develop both commercial capability and leadership skills. It is designed for graduates who want practical experience, responsibility, and a clear route into management rather than a purely academic or observational programme.

About the Company & Training

Tierwest delivers in-person B2B sales and promotional campaigns for essential service providers, including a nationally recognised telecommunications client. The El paso expansion provides an opportunity to develop future leaders from the ground up.

The Graduate Management Trainee programme offers structured exposure to:

• Business-to-business sales and customer engagement

• Campaign delivery and performance tracking

• Team coordination and day-to-day leadership support

• Coaching, development, and operational decision-making

Training is delivered through real-world experience, supported by mentoring, regular feedback, and clearly defined development milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively supporting B2B sales and client-facing campaigns in live, in-person environments

• Learning how to manage professional sales conversations and business relationships

• Assisting with campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting

• Supporting team coordination, onboarding, and training activity

• Developing an understanding of business operations, compliance, and performance management

• Progressively taking on increased responsibility as part of the management development pathway

What We Offer

• Weekly pay with a structured progression framework

• With weekly pay and clear progression, this role provides realistic first-year earning potential up to $60,000–$70,000, depending on performance
