Responsibilities

• Strategically plan, launch, and manage Google Search and YouTube Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation and direct response
• Own the entire media buying process—from keyword research, targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign setup to daily optimization and scaling
• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative and video teams on high-performing ad creatives (video scripts, thumbnails, etc.)
• Run A/B and multivariate tests on keywords, audiences, creative, and landing pages
• Manage budgets and pacing daily, ensuring efficient spend and ROAS
• Monitor key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, bounce rate) and proactively make performance-based adjustments
• Create and manage retargeting campaigns using custom and lookalike audiences
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies in both Google Search and YouTube

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and YouTube Ads for direct response or lead gen
• Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, audience segmentation, and bidding optimization
• Proven success managing budgets of $100K+ monthly, with a clear understanding of ROI metrics
• Experience working with Google Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking tools
• Ability to write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy and provide creative direction for video assets
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
