Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns for multiple service lines and locations (Search, Display, and remarketing)
  • Conduct keyword research and write thoughtful, compliant ad copy aligned with pediatric therapy and education services
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions, cost efficiency, and geographic targeting
  • Monitor performance using Google Ads, GA4, and conversion tracking
  • Update and optimize website content and landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates
  • Ensure content is consistent with our brand voice: empathetic, professional, and familycentered
  • Collaborate with leadership, clinical, and admissions teams to align messaging with services and growth goals
  • Support SEO best practices across web content (headers, metadata, page structure)
  • Recommend opportunities to improve visibility, accessibility, and digital engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience updating and maintaining websites (WordPress or similar CMS)
  • Strong copywriting and content editing skills
  • Understanding of SEO, user experience, and conversion optimization
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for neurodiversity, child development, and inclusive care

Preferred

  • Google Ads Certification
  • Experience in social media and marketing, preferably in healthcare, education, or nonprofit sectors
  • Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and accessibility best practices
  • Experience managing multiple brands or locations under one organization
