  • Own the end-to-end performance analyses and cross-functional projects
  • Leverage AI and data to scale operational processes

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Advise Sales Leadership: Communicate actionable, data-driven recommendations to sales leaders and executives, supporting both long-term strategic priorities and day-to-day decision-making.
  • Conduct In-Depth Business Performance Analyses: Frame and scope complex business problems, conduct rigorous quantitative analysis, solicit qualitative inputs, and track/ensure program impact for key organizational initiatives.
  • Accelerate Operational Excellence: Enhance processes, support foundational infrastructure efforts, and scale best practices across teams to contribute to operational excellence (e.g., customer segmentation, headcount planning, quota setting, performance management, data & tooling automation).
  • Drive Cross-Functional Projects: Spearhead and provide recommendations on strategic, cross-functional initiatives that shape LinkedIn’s go-to-market strategy and sales motion. Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Operations teams and cross-functional partners (strategic finance, sales leadership, customer science, and systems teams) to achieve business objectives.
  • Builder Mindset: Curious, self-sufficient, and AI-fluent, with a natural instinct to identify inefficiencies, streamline complex operational processes, and proactively explore what’s possible. Leverages AI and data to build practical, scalable solutions and brings a strong “go do it” mentality.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in business, operations, analytics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience in consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or analytics
  • 6+ years in management consulting, sales or business operations, strategic finance, or an analytical/operational role
  • 1+ years of experience with SQL.
  • Experience in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience communicating effectively and presenting to Senior Executives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel: expertise in data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and a builder mindset, with the ability to leverage AI and data to develop scalable analytical solutions
  • Strong project management skills and ability to mobilize cross-functional teams towards shared objectives
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
  • Experience working in an advertising-led business and knowledge of the agency landscape

Benefits

  • The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
