Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's global marketing strategy in alignment with business growth objectives.
• Create, own, and execute annual marketing plans, priorities, budgets, and performance measures.
• Identify market opportunities, customer trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with sales, product, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure marketing activities support revenue growth and business objectives.
• Support market expansion, product launches, and growth initiatives across existing and developing territories.
• Act as the company's brand champion, ensuring consistency of messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all markets and channels.
• Maintain and enhance the organization's global brand reputation and market positioning.
• Ensure marketing communications accurately reflect company values and strategic priorities.
• Balance global brand consistency with local market needs across North America, the UK, and other international markets.
• Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive measurable business growth.
• Experience in supporting distribution channels and distributor-led marketing programs.
• Experience in managing remote or international teams.
• Strong content creation, video production, and video editing capabilities.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation platforms, AI tools, and digital marketing technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
