Job Summary

Drive hands-on marketing support for events and content as a summer intern at Bluebeam, coordinating logistics, social content, and cross-team materials.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of marketing events, including logistics coordination, materials preparation and post-event follow-up.
  • Assist social media content creation, scheduling and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Help develop and organize marketing content including social posts, blog ideas, event promotions and communications materials.
  • Support public relations and communications initiatives with media research and briefing documents.
  • Coordinate marketing assets across teams to keep campaigns organized and on schedule.
  • Conduct research on industry events, media opportunities and marketing trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications and events teams on special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in marketing, communications, social media, or event planning
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Creative thinking and curiosity about storytelling and brand building
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Comfort learning new marketing tools and technologies
  • Current undergraduate student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in: Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, English, Journalism or a related field
  • Prior internship or campus organization experience in marketing, communications, or events is a plus, but not required

Preferred

  • Experience managing social media accounts for a club, organization, or brand
  • Experience planning campus events or coordinating group projects
  • Familiarity with marketing tools or design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe, scheduling tools)
  • Interest in construction, technology, or the built environment
