Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategic planning, implementing and managing the Global Aviation Sector as well as the Singapore region marketing initiatives in line with corporate and business line growth plans
  • Proactively identify and deliver a range of rich, relevant and engaging content to drive brand awareness and improve client acquisition and retention
  • Apply sophisticated project management strategies and principles in carrying out communications, marketing and branding activities and accomplish project deliverables
  • Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally to contribute to effective stakeholder relationship management
  • Effectively manage and lead a team of nominated direct reports to ensure optimal performance, resourcing, retention and professional development.
  • Responsible for global sector and regional internal communications and culture building to drive employee engagement and alignment.
  • Drive effective change management communications to embed culture implementation and brand transformation in the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently and achieving objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in CSR, ESG, or sustainability initiatives.
  • Strong process development skills to meet specific internal and external client requirements.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary marketing and communication principles and practices.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for innovation and design.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse and multidisciplinary environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
