Responsibilities

• Data-Driven EMP Strategy Own and scale a best-in-class editorial and marketing partnership strategy: - Define and implement a global KPI framework to track editorial and promotional performance across artists, releases, and DSPs - Map Believe’s artists and catalogues to the most impactful EMP opportunities across platforms - Set performance benchmarks aligned to market share, release lifecycle, and artist segmentation - Partner with Product to evolve pitching tools, selection processes, and data infrastructure to drive performance and scalability - Integrate EMP into broader marketing strategies—defining sequencing, use cases, and best practices by genre and artist profile - Work with Data teams to embed measurement, automation, and a strong ROI lens across EMP efforts - Translate insights into clear playbooks, GTM materials, and narratives for internal teams and clients

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior experience in strategic marketing, partnerships, or operations within the digital music ecosystem
• Deep expertise in DSPs, editorial dynamics, and digital growth levers
• Strong business, product, and data mindset with a focus on performance and ROI
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, global environments
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
