Job Summary

Build monthly donor flow through direct conversations with community members and messaging that motivates recurring giving.

  • Responsibilities: talk with community members to convert conversations into monthly supporters, share mission, and work with a supportive team to sharpen communication and people skills.
  • Engagement focus: Virginia-based audiences and volunteers, with training to sustain donor relationships.
  • Playbook: scripts and team support to turn conversations into ongoing contributions and growth in donor base.

Requirements

  • Applicants must currently live in Virginia and plan to continue residing in Virginia while employed.
  • No previous fundraising experience is necessary—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
  • You can work at least four full shifts (7.5 hours each) each week.
