Responsibilities

• Manage and grow performance across Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Drive sales growth through Faire and other marketplace and wholesale channels.
• Partner with and oversee third-party agencies to maximize performance and results.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, profitability, and customer behavior.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, content, images, and merchandising.
• Manage website product content and digital merchandising initiatives.
• Develop reporting dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Recommend pricing, promotional, and advertising strategies.
• Improve customer retention and repeat purchase performance.
• Maintain a consistent and compelling brand presence across all digital channels.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital sales.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable business recommendations.
• Experience working with external agencies and managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
