Job Summary

Drive on-island bilingual marketing interactions to promote Hilton Grand Vacations properties and tours.

Promote and book vacation ownership presentations and tours to Owners, Club Members, and qualified customers.
Must-have: Japanese/English bilingual proficiency and persuasive selling skills.
Standout: Knowledge of Oahu activities and restaurants a plus.

Job Description

Responsibilities

generation of leads, promotion/booking of eligible vacation ownership presentations, and the promotion/sale of vacation packages where applicable to Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members and other qualified customers.
Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to visitors.
Provide customer/concierge services and island activity information/booking services as needed.
Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Japanese/English Bilingual (speak, read, write)
Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn
Self-motivated and goal oriented with excellent communication & verbal presentation skills with the ability to persuade others and overcome objections
Preferred candidate to be on the island of Oahu with a detailed understanding of the island of Oahu with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island.

Previous Timeshare sales or marketing experience
Experience selling and booking tours/activities (concierge services)
