Responsibilities

• Manage, train, schedule, and hold employees accountable
• Oversee midday and evening operations
• Maintain inventory and control product costs
• Manage POS reporting, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation
• Book live entertainment, private events, and special promotions
• Coordinate with vendors, entertainers, security, and contractors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
• Develop strategies to increase attendance, sales, and profitability
• Handle customer concerns and employee issues professionally
• Ensure the venue operates efficiently and meets company goals

Preferred

• Previous management or hospitality experience
• Experience with inventory management and POS systems
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Comfortable managing different personalities and resolving conflict
• Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Business-minded with a strong focus on growth and profitability
• Experience booking events or live entertainment is a plus
• Willing and available to work midday, evening, weekend, and event shifts
