Responsibilities

• Create internal and external newsletters and communication pieces
• Manage our social media marketing efforts
• Manage the updates and upgrades to our Website
• Interact with our customers on a variety of levels
• Manage our online review programs
• Create print and video marketing pieces
• Manage online requests for service and information process
• Build brand awareness; reputation and customer awareness

Requirements

• Education in Communications, Marketing, Social Media Marketing or related fields
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to craft impactful and engaging content
• Proficiency with social media, implementation of creative programs to meet company goals
• Strong research skills for creating accurate and compelling technical and business development content
• Experience with inhouse position representing company brand in a public facing role
• Ability to work across various internal departments and exterior stakeholders
• Ability to manage many projects and deadlines for deliverables in our fast paced environment
• Bachelors or combination of education and equivalent experience will be considered
