Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead team members to create regional and global communication campaigns that promote brand and product awareness for Cascade’s family of products. Responsibilities include communications management, template design/standardization, communication channel management, and communication governance.
Lead, coach, develop, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, including marketing communications and technical communications.
Establish clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned with business objectives.
Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, career development planning, and succession planning.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused team culture.
Allocate resources and manage workloads to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Recruit, onboard, and develop marketing talent as business needs evolve.
Manage agency partners, freelancers, photographers, writers, and creative vendors as extensions of the marketing team.
Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with Cascade's global business objectives.
Translate business strategies into effective communication plans that drive customer engagement and sales.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing communications within industrial manufacturing, engineered products, or B2B technology.
Minimum of 3–5 years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
Experience supporting product launches and commercial organizations.
Experience managing agency partners and creative vendors.

Preferred

Global marketing experience is preferred.
Experience managing marketing communications budgets, analytics, brand governance, and global trademark or copyright processes is preferred.
