Responsibilities

• Own organic growth strategy: set the plan for how our apps grow organically across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, and make the weekly keep/kill calls on what's working
• Run the creator engine: set the strategy for sourcing, onboarding, and briefing a stable of small creators and clippers. You design the briefs and the system; the VAs we give you to manage handle the bulk of the actual outreach and reaching out
• Manage a team of VAs: direct, quality-control, and keep your VAs moving so the outreach machine runs daily without being chased
• Manage clippers: recruit and run pay-per-view clipper programs, verify results, and handle payouts
• Own community + DMs: manage and respond to DMs and comments across all our brand accounts; reply fast, repost wins, keep the communities alive
• Track and iterate: every video and creator logged in a simple sheet; each week we keep what works, kill what doesn’t, and turn winning posts into paid ads
• Post some yourself: you0;ll produce and post short-form video on our brand accounts too, using our content stack (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut Pro, and more), but this is the secondary part of the job, not the core of it
• Once these systems are running, you own them day to day

Requirements

• Chronically online. You live inside TikTok/Reels, you understand hooks, memes, and why one video gets 200 views and another gets 2M. You can explain a trend the day it starts.
• Native-level internet English (writing captions, comments, creator DMs)
• Highly organized and self-driven, you can run a daily posting machine and a team of VAs without being chased
• Extremely responsive on Slack during working hours, and comfortable with a short daily call with the founder
• Available full-time (40+ hrs/week) on Asian hours or close (GMT+7 to GMT+9 ideal — SEA perfect, Eastern Europe workable if you shift your day)
• No degree or formal background required. We care about whether you understand the internet and execute daily.
