Job Summary

Own and execute on-brand visual storytelling for a dental group across channels, balancing production, publishing, and clinic collaboration to drive engagement and patient-focused content.

  • Content Creation & Social Management: plan, shoot, and edit photo/video; schedule posts; monitor engagement across platforms.
  • Collaboration & Brand Consistency: work with clinical and admin teams to capture patient journeys and maintain tone of voice.
  • Performance & Trends: track metrics, apply data-driven tweaks, and stay current with dental marketing content trends.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and edit photo and video trendy content that showcases the team, fun moments, workflow, clinical work, patient journeys, and the practice’s brand across digital channels
  • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with clinical and front-office teams to capture content, support campaigns, and maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice
  • Track performance metrics, suggest improvements based on data, and stay current with trends in social media, dental marketing, and digital content

Requirements

  • Strong media production skills, including photography, videography, basic lighting, and video/photo editing using common tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar)
  • Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn), including content planning, posting, community management, and performance tracking
  • Ability to develop and execute content calendars and simple campaign concepts aligned with brand guidelines and business goals
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a clinical schedule
  • Comfort working in a healthcare or clinical environment, with a commitment to patient privacy, professionalism, and ethical content practices
  • Willingness to be on-site full time in San Diego, CA, collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams
