Responsibilities

• Relationship Building & Outreach: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Educate referral sources about the services offered by The Grand Healthcare System, highlighting our commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Represent our facility at community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities to increase visibility and generate referrals.
• Patient Admissions & Coordination: Coordinate patient admissions, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition from hospital to our facility.
• Review medical records and patient histories to make informed decisions about patient care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, addressing all needs.
• Business Development & Marketing: Drive marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to expand our referral network.
• Work with internal teams to enhance service offerings and improve patient outcomes.
• Promote the facility’s services through presentations and by networking with referral sources.
• Additional Responsibilities: Cover the Admissions Coordinator position as needed.

• Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare is preferred, with a knack for presentations and networking.
