Job Description

Lead workstreams across marketing strategy, marketing operating model design, marketing operations, performance measurement, and marketing forecasting.
Develop deliverables for FS clients in WAM, BCM, and INS: target operating models, segmentation, ABM strategies, onboarding journeys, loyalty/retention programs, crosssell frameworks, and marketing performance frameworks.
Apply emerging approaches such as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI-driven personalization, and agentic marketing in client recommendations.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, AI-enabled martech) to accelerate analysis, content generation, journey design, and client deliverables.
Support B2B (ABM, onboarding), B2C (acquisition, retention, loyalty, cross-sell), and B2B2C (advisors, brokers, distribution partners) engagements.
Contribute to proposals, points of view, and business development.
