• Welcome every family with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Create memorable experiences that make every family feel welcome, valued, and excited to return.
• Answer phones and messages with exceptional customer service.
• Help prospective families find the right programs and enroll with confidence.
• Manage class registrations, payments, and member accounts.
• Keep the front office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.
• Routinely check and clean lobby areas, bathrooms, and pro shop.
• Build relationships with families and look for opportunities to improve the member experience and help our business grow.
• Create engaging social media content for Facebook and Instagram.
• Write captions that encourage interaction and program registrations.

• Experience with Canva or similar graphic design software.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills.

• Experience working in a gymnastics, sports, fitness, childcare, or education environment.
• Photography or short-form video experience.
• Experience with email marketing or content creation.
• Experience with iClassPro or similar member management software.
