Job Summary

Own the social presence for a national women's organization, driving brand awareness and prospective member traffic through strategic content, paid campaigns, and data-driven optimization.

  • Social Strategy & Content: Develop and execute cross-platform content plans for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Advertising & Analytics: Manage Facebook/LinkedIn ads and analyze web/social metrics to optimize reach and conversions.
  • Production & Scheduling: Create visuals and videos with Adobe Creative Cloud and schedule high-quality posts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and drive prospective members to our website.
  • Create and schedule high-quality content across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn to maximize reach to targeted audiences.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics to optimize ongoing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with SEO techniques and keyword research.
  • Proficiency with design and video platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to produce simple videos.
  • Experience with social media advertising and Google Analytics.
