Responsibilities

• Coming up with the posts. Ranked lists, breakdowns, the angle on a release nobody else has spotted yet. Ideas are most of this job.
• Writing the copy. Slide text and captions, in our voice, tight.
• Spotting the moment. Knowing on Saturday night that something has broken and that we should have a post out before Monday.
• Working with our production setup so ideas become finished carousels quickly.

Requirements

• You already run something, or have run something. Your own account, a page, a friend's artist project, a label's socials. We care far more about what you have actually posted than about a CV.
• You are deep in at least one corner of this rather than broadly across all of it: underground rap, club and electronic, indie, or scenes most outlets are late to.
• You understand why a carousel works or does not. Hook, order, where someone stops scrolling.
• You can move at the speed of a release week. Some of this is same day.
