Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies for DTC eCommerce brands
  • Create and optimize automated email flows, campaigns, and SMS sequences using Klaviyo and other platforms
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve customer retention and lifetime value
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and customer journey to create personalized messaging
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to maximize engagement and conversions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing for eCommerce brands
  • Expert-level knowledge of Klaviyo and email marketing best practices
  • Proven track record of improving email revenue and customer retention
  • Strong copywriting skills with ability to craft compelling email content
  • Experience with segmentation strategies and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines
