Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly on-site photoshoots at premier hotels and resorts in the Palm Coast area.
• Bring a creative flair to every frame, ensuring the "story" of the resort is brought to life through lifestyle, architectural, and detail shots.
• Direct talent or staff on-site to ensure authentic guest-experience imagery.
• Provide full-service high-end editing and color grading that aligns with the client’s brand aesthetic.
• Deliver a final, organized library of high-resolution digital assets within the agreed-upon timeframe.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Screen Pilot’s quality standards for web and social media use.
• Coordinate logistics and shot lists with our internal agency teams prior to shoot day.
• Manage all personal equipment, lighting, and transportation to and from the resort.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Hotel, Resort, or Luxury Real Estate photography.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating "creative flair" and the ability to capture resort storytelling.
• Proficiency in professional editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).
• Based in or very near Palm Coast, FL, with the ability to travel to local resorts quarterly.
• Highly organised and professional, with the ability to work independently on-site.

Preferred

• Previous experience working with marketing agencies.
• Understanding of social media trends and the type of imagery that drives digital engagement.
• Ability to provide quick "sneak peek" assets for urgent campaign needs.
