Job Description

Responsibilities

Driving sales toward ambitious event targets during live in-store events
Executing event mechanics — GWPs, TOAs, and the specific focus of each activation
Bringing high energy and expert client engagement that makes the event feel like an experience
Rallying and activating the store team so the whole floor is behind the event
Representing premium national brands with polish and professionalism

Requirements

Have proven prestige beauty/retail selling experience and a track record of hitting aggressive sales goals
Have run or worked beauty events and know how to create energy on a floor
Operate independently — you manage your own approach to hitting the number without hand-holding
Are available for the full set of event dates listed
Have reliable transportation to the event locations
This is an independent contractor (1099) engagement , not employment — you invoice for the project and are responsible for your own taxes.
