Responsibilities

• Stay on top of ever-changing social media trends, pop culture moments, and emerging conversations across the social landscape, bringing relevant insights and ideas to the team.
• Conceptualize, film, edit, and produce engaging content for a variety of social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and others as needed.
• Ability to adapt the brand voice and visual identity when creating on-brand content.
• Capture lo-fi video and still photography optimized for social, ensuring strong composition, lighting, and clarity while maintaining a native, authentic aesthetic.
• Collaborate closely with our team to develop content ideas and execute pieces that are culturally relevant, platform-appropriate, and aligned with brand objectives and standards.
• Execute video editing and light photo retouching to finalize content for publication across social channels.
• Deliver content efficiently and adapt quickly to feedback, timelines, and evolving campaign needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience making interesting work in a creative agency and/or in-house agency with a strong understanding of social ideas
• Proficiency with filming social-native and mobile-first content as well as photography editing programs, both in-app and external (e.g. Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.)
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL-E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation
• Ability to concept and deliver effective creative concepts across all channels and for various industries
• Strong understanding of opportunities and limitations of all popular social platforms
• Ability to manage your time in an ever-changing and extremely fast-paced environment across a variety of projects
• Solid presentation, public speaking, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Above all, kindness, composure, and relentless curiosity

Preferred

• Experience with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools is a plus (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL-E, Midjourney).
