Responsibilities

• Video Editing & Paid Ads: Create high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google. You must be able to take raw footage and cut multiple "hooks," transitions, and CTAs to test what wins.
• Static Design: Design thumb-stopping static imagery for social feeds and online advertising.
• Pitch Decks: Craft high-end, professional pitch decks that help us win new business and present strategies to clients.
• AI Integration: Leverage Meta’s AI tools and other creative AI platforms to enhance content quality and optimize for better reach.

Requirements

• Agency Experience: You understand the pace, the deadlines, and the need for "client-ready" quality.
• Adobe Power User: Mastery of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ad Strategy Knowledge: You understand the psychology of a paid ad (hooks, middle parts, and CTAs).
• Language: Professional fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with AI-assisted editing and Meta's AI creative tools.
