Job Summary

Own the awards and LinkedIn content pipeline with cross-functional coordination and tight deadline discipline.

  • Own awards: identify opportunities, track deadlines, and shepherd nominations with internal partners.
  • Own LinkedIn content: calendar maintenance and collaboration with social, plus create visuals and copy aligned to brand voice.
  • Own project flow: coordinate assets, approvals, and reporting using Wrike to keep cross-team programs on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Awards Program Management: Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive list of relevant awards.
  • Awards Program Management: Research and identify new award opportunities aligned with priorities.
  • Awards Program Management: Track submission deadlines, requirements, and materials.
  • Awards Program Management: Draft compelling nominations in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • LinkedIn Editorial & Content Development: Maintain and update Thorne's LinkedIn editorial calendar.
  • LinkedIn Editorial & Content Development: Collaborate with organic social team on content strategy and cadence.
  • LinkedIn Editorial & Content Development: Develop concepts for graphics and draft LinkedIn content for brand awareness and milestones.
  • LinkedIn Editorial & Content Development: Ensure content aligns with brand voice and communications objectives.
  • Project Coordination & Workflow Management: Use Wrike to coordinate projects and timelines.
  • Project Coordination & Workflow Management: Secure assets, track approvals and deadlines, and support reporting.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrated experience drafting award submissions and nominations.
  • Experience managing social media editorial calendars, preferably LinkedIn.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working with Wrike or similar project management platforms preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
