Responsibilities

• If you have experience supporting executives remotely and can confidently take on a range of responsibilities across executive support, administration, operations, marketing, E-Commerce, sales, project coordination, AI tools and other business functions, we’d love to hear from you.
• We’re especially interested in highly adaptable EAs who can wear multiple hats, work independently and use technology and AI to improve the way they work.
• Each client engagement is different. Some may require traditional executive support while others may need a broader Unicorn EA who can step into multiple functions and help keep the business moving.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
• Experience working remotely in freelance, contract or fractional engagements
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week
• Comfortable supporting clients across U.S. time zones

Preferred

• Additional experience in areas such as bookkeeping, marketing, research, project management or business operations is a plus.
• - Previous experience as a highly adaptable Executive Assistant with strong AI fluency and the ability to support diverse executive and operational needs is preferred.
