Responsibilities

• Serve as the CARE-INF™ representative within your assigned geographic region.
• Build relationships with nursing students across local colleges and universities.
• Promote the CARE-INF™ Professional Practice Snapshot™ through presentations, informational sessions, and networking.
• Introduce students to the benefits of maintaining a verified professional portfolio.
• Participate in career fairs, student organization meetings, pinning ceremonies, conferences, and professional networking events.
• Meet with nursing faculty and student leaders to introduce CARE-INF™ resources.
• Share your personalized QR code and referral link with interested students.
• Assist students with account creation and Snapshot™ onboarding.
• Provide monthly feedback to CARE-INF™ leadership regarding student needs and emerging trends.
• Represent CARE-INF™ professionally in both in-person and virtual settings.

Preferred

• Leadership experience is preferred but not required
• Current enrollment in an accredited nursing program or recent nursing graduate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Active on social media and comfortable promoting professional initiatives
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Passion for mentorship and student success
• Interest in healthcare innovation and technology
