Responsibilities

• Own and continuously sharpen website messaging, solution pages, and positioning to resonate with distinct buyer types — from platform analysts to enterprise architects.
• Plan and execute event strategy, including booth activations, field materials, and workshops that make a complex product land at conferences.
• Run webinars and content campaigns targeting enterprise practitioners, building on existing inbound pipeline momentum.
• Embed with sales, delivery, and customers to surface insights, produce sales enablement materials, and refine outbound messaging as the team scales.
• Build an AI-first product marketing function, leveraging AI agents and automation to define what a modern PMM org looks like.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product marketing experience at a high-growth B2B startup, ideally in AI/ML or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to craft product storytelling and messaging for multiple technical and business buyer personas.
• Experience marketing complex technical platforms to audiences such as developers, IT professionals, and executives.
• Track record planning and executing event strategies — booth activations, workshops, and conference presence.
• Experience running webinars and content campaigns that generate inbound enterprise pipeline.
• Familiarity with enterprise workflow or IT service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) to inform positioning.
• Daily active user of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) in day-to-day work.
• Proficiency in Canva and Figma for creating marketing assets; comfortable with LinkedIn for campaigns and social content.
• Background in solution engineering, implementation, or account executive roles is a strong plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
