Responsibilities

• Make Roost the go-to way students on your campus find roommates by getting clubs, organizations, teams, Greek life, and friend groups onto the platform
• Help run Roost’s Instagram and create at least 3 short-form videos per week for Instagram and TikTok
• Plan and host 2+ campus activations during the semester, from tabling to housing events and other creative ideas—we’ll cover approved costs
• Drive signups through your own referral link and experiment with new ways to grow Roost on your campus
• Build relationships with student organizations and other campus communities
• Work directly with the founding team through regular communication and weekly meetings
• Share student feedback that directly influences Roost’s product and company roadmap

Requirements

• Juniors and seniors who are genuinely plugged into campus life through clubs, Greek life, student organizations, athletics, or other communities
• Highly involved sophomores are encouraged to apply
• Students who understand the pain of finding a roommate or apartment and have opinions about what could be better
• Creative, scrappy people who are excited to build something from scratch
• Strong communicators who are comfortable creating content and representing Roost on campus
• People who can take an idea from concept to execution without needing to be constantly managed
