Job Summary

Own and optimize the full demand engine from events and paid acquisition to content and lifecycle, building a scalable pipeline and the messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers.

  • Define and execute end-to-end demand generation
  • Build a repeatable content and acquisition engine
  • Expand partnerships and measure funnel economics

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • First 90 days: • Stand up the core demand channels (events, conferences, organic, email) and get the first qualified leads flowing to sales. • Ship the messaging and landing pages that turn "office of the CIO" into copy a buyer recognizes themselves in. • Instrument the funnel so we can see what a lead costs and where it converts. First 12 months: • Build and co-own a qualified-pipeline target with the GTM Lead, with a clear path to owning the number outright as the demand engine matures. • Build a content and acquisition engine that produces leads without a founder in the loop. • Find the two or three channels that actually work for an audit-led enterprise sale and double down on them. WHAT YOU'LL OWN • The full demand stack: executive events, paid acquisition, organic and SEO, content, email and lifecycle. • Expand distribution channel partner relationships, including technical and consulting partnerships in partnership with the sales organization. • Establish, organize, and lead hosted executive events. • Qualified pipeline: the volume and quality of leads the sales team works. • The story a buyer reads first: positioning, website, and campaign messaging. • The funnel data that tells us cost per lead, conversion, and what to cut. • The experiment loop: testing channels fast and killing what doesn't pay. • The feedback path from campaigns back into product and positioning.

Requirements

  • MUST-HAVES
  • You've run demand generation end to end and can point to pipeline you created, not just campaigns you ran.
  • You execute across channels yourself (events, content, email, and web) without waiting for a team to hand off to.
  • You're fluent with the data: you set up the tracking, read the funnel, and change course on what it tells you.
  • You've marketed a technical or complex product to executive mid-market and enterprise buyers, and you frame value in dollars and ROI, not impressions.

Preferred

  • You've been an early or first marketing hire at a startup.
  • You've marketed to finance, operations, or data teams.
  • You know enough about enterprise AI or data infrastructure to write about it credibly.
