Job Description

Responsibilities

Work closely with Growth Partners (1 per product)
Help take products from 0 → $10K MRR in 30–60 days
Drive:
Partnerships
Distribution channels
Early user acquisition (100–1000 paid users)
Step in during critical growth bottlenecks
Build reusable playbooks across products
You jump in when it matters

Requirements

1–2 years of real execution experience
Ex-founder OR early startup operator (0 → 1 stage)
Has personally grown something (product, audience, community)
Strong network for partnerships & distribution
You’ve done 0 → 1 growth yourself
You think in distribution, not just product
You’re comfortable working with ₹0 budgets
You jump in and execute — not just advise
